If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pro Health Tracker offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Subscription title: Pro Health Tracker Premium
• Available periods: Monthly and Yearly
• Pricing is shown in-app at the time of purchase and may vary by region/currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Health Disclaimer

The Service is for personal tracking and educational information only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. Data and Privacy

Health logs entered in the app are stored on your device. We do not store personal health logs on our server.

We store only basic account data required for authentication, such as name and email.
